Hong Sunyoung

Professor Hong Sunyoung is a distinguished art therapist and educator with extensive expertise in art therapy, counseling, and education. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Dong-Eui University, a Master’s degree in Art Education from Daegu University, and has completed a Ph.D. coursework in Rehabilitation Psychology and Art Therapy at Daegu University.

Professor Hong is certified in various fields, including Level 2 Teaching Certification, Art Therapy, MBTI Personality Assessments, and more. She has also been invited to speak at international conferences and has served as an exam committee member for the Korean Association for Lifelong Education.

With over a decade of teaching experience at leading institutions, including Daegu University and Sejong Lifelong Education Center, Professor Hong has been at the forefront of art therapy training and research. Her publications on elder art education and self-integration reflect her commitment to advancing the field.

She continues to inspire students and clients through her professional contributions to integrated art therapy and psychological counseling.
